Universitas Brawijaya, UUM School of Government, คณะรัฐศาสตร์และนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา, Tarlac Agricultural University, and SEAMEO CELLL are organizing "𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐍 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐀𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐂) 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑", the 3rd installment of an ASEAN-wide competition that challenges university students to express their best opinion on world issues in forms of an article or poster.

In this competition, undergraduate students in Southeast Asian countries will have an opportunity to present their critical thinking and creativity through opinion articles and creative posters.
