Earlier Faculty of Administrative Science at Universitas Brawijaya (Indonesia), School of Government at Universiti Utara Malaysia (Malaysia), Faculty of Law and Political Science at Burapha University (Thailand), Tarlac Agricultural University (Philippines), and SEAMEO Center for Lifelong Learning (Vietnam) organized "𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐍 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐀𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐂) 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑", the 3rd installment of an ASEAN-wide competition that challenges university students to express their best opinion on world issues in forms of an article or poster under the theme "𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐠𝐞: 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲."

Now, the winners of the competition will be awarded this Wednesday, 15 November 2023, and at the same event, insightful keynote speech and student talk shows will also take place.

- Keynote speech by Imam Muhammad Shamsi Ali, Ph.D. (US Muslim & Interfaith Leader and Frequent United Nations and International Forum Speaker), on the topic of "Humanity in Crisis: Empathy, Compassion, and Action"

- A student talk show on "Global Citizenship and Cultural Competence: Thriving in Diverse World" by Muhammed Jawo, GAMBIA, Darwish Khan Tahiry, AFGHANISTAN, Arcenia Maria Martins, TIMOR LESTE and Irdhina Novy Ramadhana, INDONESIA.

- FREE e-certificate provided for participants (the registration link will be provided during the show)
